With employment getting harder and bosses getting control hungry it’s no surprise that the number of people quitting their jobs and opting for an alternative source of income, is increasing. Now the problem here is finding a new source of income, there are many available, so choosing the right one for your self is going to be a task in itself. Hopefully I can reduce the level of difficulty for you here today, and my task is to hopefully start a new way of ,“income opportunities”. Let’s get started, firstly before you choose an alternative income source ask yourself the question, what do I want to do? To better answer that question , first indentify what it is that you love doing, maybe some time out is needed to get a clearer picture, you see when you know what you have a passion for, the task of finding an opportunity for yourself is narrowed and your chances of success is increased. Four out of five businesses fail within their first month of starting, the reason for this is the majority of people that have started an online business will fail almost indefinitely, so the key here is to see failure as an opportunity to learn and grow, that’s why desire and passion are so important, without these two, no books or training is going to help. It’s no wonder so many fail and quit because the mindset was not there, you see, a lot of people are driven by the money and when they finally start the business and realize that no money is flowing yet, they simply give up and write it off as a scam, even though there are a lot of them out there, you can’t just give up though and make that assumption. You have to do your research, have you read the success stories?

Let me tell you a bit about myself, when I first started my online business in affiliate marketing, I ran into so many obstacles and I didn’t make anything for over 4 months I kept on persevering and read post in forums, success stories and whatever else I could get info from, the point is I never gave up.  I kept on persevering with it because I love it, then all of the sudden one day I started seeing results.  It made my heart jump a few times, sometimes I have to walk away because the excitement was just so overwhelming and still is, the money is the added bonus, I ask myself the question, if I had won a lottery; would I still be doing what I do? You bet! Why? Because it’s what I love doing. Give yourself a litmus test and ask yourself that same question. Well you already know what my answer is and if your answer is opposite to mine; then it would probably be a waste of your time to continue reading this article. I love doing what I do so much that I am now ready to start to advance and take it to the next level and do something I  think, no one has done before and it goes as follows;

Firstly you know about all those opportunities that keep on spamming your mail box? Have you read some of them? The OFFERS they keep on bombarding you and me with, the claims of huge profits and so on, well, let’s think about this; If these claims that were been made were actually  true, then I would believe and I think you might too, that the people behind this would have enough faith and money in the system, that they can just simply pay for someone out of their own pockets, make them successful and then make money out of their success, you see, these people offering these opportunities are rather 1 of 2 things or both, that is first they lie about their current situation in the hope they can snag you. Second they tell you it’s totally absolutely free, only to be faced with a screen asking for money.

I think honesty is the key here, because me and you shouldn’t be lied to, they lie to us by making the majority believe that they have hundreds and millions of dollars. If they get some people that end up joining, they usually would join in the belief they can get the same success, but the reality is they will end up quitting within their first week or month and the person who presented this opportunity walks away with another buck made! The poor prospect gets crushed and usually loses all motivation to give it another try, that’s why I say desire and passion are very important to your success. It will be the ones with that trait that will walk off and just brush off the dust and try again. Because of this I devised a plan, this is it;

My Idea is and currently being constructed, is to have a business opportunity for people that truly have the drive and desire to succeed and they must also love what they do then when I am sure that my money won’t go down the drain, I would pay all expenses to help them be successful ( a few people at a time), then when they are making money, that’s when they can pay me back, now I’m currently working on this and like I said before, passion and desire are the key and my passion is, to make successful entrepreneurs and my desire is, for that to be replicated. This will be a win, win situation and a great benefit to the potential entrepreneurs that don’t have the start up costs, of starting their own businesses.

On a final note I just want to give you a couple of words of motivation, if you fall, pick yourself up and keep on moving forward, because if your truly have the burning desire for success and the passion to drive that, then you will make it, I promise you that. It may not happen immediately, but it will happen.

Work from home

Working from home would have to be the ultimate, would you agree? Well why is it then that only 10% of all the people that want to work from home actually accomplish that dream? Firstly I think that the majority of prospects seeking a work from home job are jumping in to it with the wrong mind set. One problem that is adding to this is the fact that there are a lot of offers out there claiming that you can make $50,000 dollars per month, I’m not saying that it can’t be done, but when a prospect that doesn’t know a thing about business see that type of ad, assuming they are looking for fast cash, you are going to receive a lot of prospects applying for a “work from home” job, your Ad Words pay-per-click campaigns are going to go through the roof and then after a month or so only 5% of the prospects remain so at the end of all this you have payed big money on your ads with little returns. This is the scope, true business people know they are not going to get rich quick but they have a desire to succeed, so when they see an ad like the one described earlier they most likely ignore it. So now all you are left with in that ad is a whole lot of eager prospects wanting in, with a large percentage of them not seeing it through. But wait, there is a purpose here, with them ads claiming you can make $50,000 per month, they are designed to receive temporary prospects, in other words if someone was to sign up and pay money then the purpose has been served, what happens is the people offering the “to good to be true” offer make money out of it whether a prospect stays or leaves and so enough money is been made by the offer, a portion of that can be spend on the advertising budget and the whole cycle repeats itself. The best home businesses are not what you get on the internet or elsewhere but a business that you have grown that’s the best business. Let me explain this for a moment, if you started a business from the internet, then it is no different to all other businesses on the net the only difference is YOU run it! That’s what makes a good business, now if you wanted prospects that are going to be in the high percent rate of staying, then your ads are going to have to be honest, the prospector should see that there is going to be work involved, they are also going to understand this is no get rich quick scheme and then you are going to have business people with a strong desire to succeed coming to your business and that I think is a great way of building a good work from home business. A message for prospectors; When you are looking for an alternative income source, do your research first, identify your strengths and weaknesses and know what you really want to do and can do and what you’re good at and ask yourself the question; “If I don’t make anything in 6 months, will I still stick with it?” and if that answer is no, then you weren’t made for this kind of business, I’m sorry if I sound a little blunt but I know what’s involved here, I didn’t make anything for a long time and I have had a lot of prospects that didn’t last, I researched and still am researching this but it seems that many were destined to never work for themselves and only some have what it takes to make it happen. It doesn’t take much brain and you don’t have to have a lot of money for the start up costs, but the two most important traits that is a must is passion and desire to succeed in this business. Work from home

For example, you have a fast runner in a sports event; the runner that won didn’t focus on winning but just loves to run. Now in this example you can see what I am trying to say, just look around at all the successful people, you soon realize that the love of what they do is what’s making them money. Let’s look at it from another angle, though many people making a lot of money doing what they love might possibly already be rich, It doesn’t stop them doing what they love. How many times have we observed such people and think...?” Gosh, look at all that money that these people have and yet they still keep going on... Maybe they’re greedy”. At one point or another most of us have had them thoughts go through our minds. I made an example in one of my previous articles to give yourself a litmus test and it goes like this “If you had won a lottery of big money, would you still keep running your business?”If that answer was yes then you were made for success. Ok let’s look at some common traits within the rich community and see if we can apply it to ourselves.

Firstly identify your weaknesses and your strengths and go read the bibliographies of the successful entrepreneurs and look for the common traits you share. You see, when you read these bibliographies, they all have one common element and you can map out these elements and find your strengths and weaknesses within them. Example; How did they manage through hard times? How do they manage through good times? How do they get over obstacles that try and block their path? These example have common traits that all of us have. In other words, we were all born to be successful, just have a look at yourself, you have some great qualities about you, you can emphasize upon that and grow. No body is a failure, it’s just that some let failure get the better of them. One final note to all that’s reading this; You are not a failure my friend, you can accomplish anything, that is what you were made for. If failure to you is a measure of monetary value then you need to try something else, because you can’t fail in what you do, but you can fail in what you don’t have!

Work from home business- creating a passive income

Hello and welcome, today I am going to discuss about subjects related to the work from home businesses. Chances are if you are seeking an online money making opportunity, you are reading this article right now, even if not, you can still probably learn from this. Ok so you have probably heard of many of online business offers in your mail box, in your search results and in a lot of news papers, nearly every place you look you see an advertisement about the subject. Many of these opportunities are legit, but there are few that aren’t and for the ones that are legit but have many failure rates, they are based upon two factors; 1. The sponsor was incompetent or 2. The prospects didn’t understand the involvements with an online business. As I explained in my previous articles it takes a strong desire for success to be successful and a passion for the chosen field.

A passive income is when you receive recurring commissions from a firm that you referred someone to. So basically the company pays you a percentage of the total cost of the person you sponsored. In order for them to keep using whatever services they opted for they have to pay monthly fees and that’s where you get paid a percentage of that by the company. A good way to make a passive income is from domain and hosting services, because many people that own websites usually keep them for a long time so this makes that a great candidate for a residual income stream. Global Domains International is one such business that offers you the opportunity as described above, now for each person that you refer them that gets passed the 7 day free trial, GDI pays you 10% of their monthly fees, which works out like this; The person you referred, pays $10 per month and then GDI pays you 10% of that, which works out to be $1.00. Now you are probably looking at this and thinking to yourself; “That’s not much”. Ok I agree with you that’s not much, but what if you referred 100 people to GDI, that would equal $100 per month, but what if you had even more than that... As you could imagine the potential for huge incomes is there but it does include some work on your behalf. The beauty of this program is for the people you referred, they get payed $1.00 for referring someone else and you also get $1.00 from that so as you can see it’s not just the numbers of people you refer that GDI pays you, but also the numbers of people you sponsored, they also refer people. I currently have sponsored around 500 people and I get as result of that over $1000 per month of residual money, in other words I don’t have to do anything and still get payed! Ok it wasn’t that easy to start off with but I stuck with it and I just watch the numbers growing. The one key I will give here is; If this was the type of business that you might consider, then having a mindset of being into it for the long term is what you need and if that is true, then you will definitely succeed I guarantee it. Because over time I seen the ones I sponsored, some were in it to get rich quick and the rest were treating it like a business. So you can imagine who stayed and who left. One final note is; when you strive for success, then the world is your oyster.
